Tai Chi Ball Qigong Workshop

Tai Chi Ball Qigong is the most beneficial training to accompany Tai Chi Ch'uan. No ball is required for beginning students. The principles behind the training
are explained and then participation completes the experience. With practice, the flow of Qi from the Dan Tian becomes automatic. Meanwhile the torso and spine are conditioned, as well as the joints of the arms and legs. Hand outs are included.
$15. for each Workshop or $20 for both.
Medical Qigong Workshop
Monday August 27
Medical Qigong is the oldest form of Qigong, and it's history is 4,000 years old. The Chinese understood the human body to consist of both Yin (energy) and Yang
(physical) components. Medical Qigong addresses how the two bodies are interwoven and how to communicate with your Qi to address specific body conditions and imbalances. Like acupuncture without the needles !
Topics will include:
- Human Qi circulation theory
- Five Element Theory
- 8 Pieces of Brocade Energy Exercises

Beginner's Tai Chi Class Course Content:
Sunrise Tai Forms (16 forms on left and right sides)
Primary Qigong Set (12 forms - Stationary drill)
Moving Qigong Set (10 forms across the floor)
Course includes Paper handouts, a free app and options to purchase additional DVD or books on the course content for self study.
World Tai Chi & Qigong Day 2019
