Taiji Ball Qigong has been a hidden secret used by Martial Artists and Health practitioners alike. Typical benefits are joint strengthening and restoration, spinal integration and breath and balance awareness and control. It's how we Roll !

Beginner's Tai Chi Class Course Content:
Sunrise Tai Forms (16 forms on left and right sides)
Primary Qigong Set (12 forms - Stationary drill)
Moving Qigong Set (10 forms across the floor)
Course includes instructional handouts, an app for your devices, as well as other supporting options for self study. Additional classes are held on Wednesdays at various remote sites. Students are expected to reinforce classroom learning during their free time practice.

Five Animal Sports is an effective health practice which co-ordinates with Chinese 5 element theory.
Whether or not you understand the basic principles of
Chinese Qigong theory, this is a safe and healthy way to enact your health legacy.
